Nine Palm has significant potential, thanks to its appealing new build and prime location. However, my experience was tainted by deplorable customer service, which overshadowed the property's positive attributes.
Upon arrival, we faced the inconvenience of checking in at a location across the street from our actual accommodations. With a late arrival and no clear directions provided, we found ourselves driving around in search of our residence. The security personnel, who were responsible for distributing keys, were unhelpful during this frustrating experience.
The booking clearly stated that air-conditioning was included, yet it was not available in our unit. The rooms felt stuffy and had a persistent smell of smoke, and the lack of screens on doors and windows meant we couldn't enjoy any fresh air. Instead of addressing this issue properly, management offered only portable box fans as a temporary solution. Although they promised to remove the misleading information from booking sites, this did nothing to rectify our discomfort during our stay.
Communication with management was disappointing. Rather than relocating us to rooms with air-conditioning, they ceased responding to my attempts to resolve the issue. This was particularly frustrating given that they had previously refused to modify our booking dates due to our flight cancellations. While we did not blame them for this, the booking agent indicated that such modifications were at the management's discretion.
Additionally, our experience was further complicated when a member of our party lost her key. Although we requested a spare, she was unable to access the buildings without a fob. Unfortunately, some gate personnel were rude and unhelpful, despite her having registered at the property.
Overall, Nine Palm has the potential to be a wonderful destination, but without significant improvements in customer service, I cannot recommend this property to others. Until management addresses these issues, prospective guests may wish to seek alternatives.

Great place. Amazing amenities. Wonderful location right opposite Canal Walk. Could do with an AC. Should have a reception at 9 palms, not having to go to the Crystal Towers to collect keys. Wifi password should be given to guests at check in
