Tiap kali ke Semarang selalu pilih Artotel, feel homey dan cocok buat anak2 muda. Tempat pas pinggir jalan Makanan juga banyak Semua ramah dan nggak pelit! Sarapan juga enak🖤 Gonna be back

Had a little problem when checking in as im booked the studio 30 room since 2 weeks before even paid 900 thousand more than a cousin who booked the hotel 2 days before but when im checking in they said my booking is studio 25 not knowing that 訂房網站 using 3rd and 4th party for the booking causing misunderstanding and thus i had to wait for 1 hour with babies crying. Luckily the problem solved but that is one of the worst experience booking with 訂房網站.com. Still, i will give them chance again as theyre fixing the problem and give small gesture for apologizing

服務10分好，餐廳食物，總算不錯，特別少鹽也可做到，房間設施本來趟門有不順暢的，要求跟進第二天立即處理好，更換房間亦都相當配合自己的需要，一有房就WhatsApp通知等我可以有預備，及提早處理，晚上也有服務員💁♀️ 10分殷勤招待🫶🏻🆗 10分殷勤招待，受到好好的對待👍🏻受到好好的對待。 因為有家人忽然發病需要輪椅，立刻有輪椅可以上房間幫我帶親人上車，行動迅速👍🏻🫶🏻行動迅速，感激，我住了一個星期有多，我住了一個星期有多10分滿意

Everything was okey. The place is close enough with a famous lunpia store and other restaurant. The room is clean and fancy with an artwork on the wall. They have refrigerator and coffe machine from dolce gusto. Unfortunately they dont serves you with coffee cubes. The menu for breakfast is limited. We dont have more choices but the taste still good enough.

特別好~在agoda看到的評分極高，訂房網站比那邊便宜！很有設計感，乾淨整潔很新。插頭巨多（而且都是國內同款插頭不用轉換器）。 早餐就是印尼平均水平太甜太重口了。餐廳點餐吃了頓午餐，倒是非常好吃😋價格也不貴，三四個大菜（牛排，意麵 飯之類的）最後人均100RMB出頭。
