檳城北賴東方大酒店 (Grand Orient Hotel Perai)

The mini waterpark was super duper fun and my kids really enjoyed it! Definitely the highlight of our stay. The location is also very strategic, easy to get around. However, the room felt quite small and cramped. Overall, great for families who want to enjoy the waterpark, but be prepared for limited room space. Got 2 free tickets to the mini waterpark thanks to booking via 訂房網站. Just need to top up 3 more at RM35 each — worth it for all the fun!

I would like to share some feedback regarding my recent stay. Upon arrival around 11:00 PM, there was no front desk staff available to assist with the check-in process. A newly hired security guard, who was not familiar with the procedures and had limited proficiency in both English and Malay, tried to help. It took quite some time to locate my booking details. Although a deposit was collected during check-in, I was later informed by the front desk that the amount was insufficient. The room itself was very small, and several amenities were not in working condition — the refrigerator was broken, and the television was faulty. Strangely, the TV was already turned on when I entered the room, and it continued to switch itself back on even after I attempted to turn it off using the remote control. In terms of cleanliness and comfort, the experience was disappointing. There was a noticeable amount of hair left behind in the corner of the bed, likely from previous guests, suggesting that the room had not been properly cleaned. Additionally, the sound insulation was extremely poor, which made it difficult to rest. I hope this feedback will help improve the overall guest experience and service quality moving forward.

Kemudahan yg disedoakan memuaskan hati, waterpark yang menarik untuk kanak-kanak, seharian bermain dal waterpark, makanan yg dipesan menepati citarasa, parking terhad first come first serve, 3 hari 2 mlm cuma main dlm waterpark saja…👍👍👍👍
