This is a very basic hotel, with minimum facilites. Our room is net to the lift and you can hear the sound of the lift everytime it arrived on the floor. Don't like the room coz the previous customer smoked in the room and left the smell of cigaratte. Moreover the room we booked has no window. Maybe the hotel should consider no smoking in the room. However, love the location as it is convenience to travel around with a lot of shops neearby.

if you want to have sleepless night, highly recommend you to stay here! you can clearly know which room gets out for dinner and which room comes back. many inconsiderate customer, talking as if they’re at the market. shouting and it echoed the whole corridor.

Firstly, the room lacked basic amenities, such as a hairdryer, which was quite inconvenient. The blanket sheet provided was yellowed and appeared old, which made me uncomfortable. The towels were also an issue as they had an unpleasant smell, indicating they weren't fresh or clean. The hotel is situated deep inside, far from the main roads. The quality of the room key was particularly frustrating. It broke off when I tried to insert it into the door, and the hotel reception initially asked for a 50 ringgit damage fee, which I found unreasonable. Thankfully, after some discussion, they reconsidered and did not charge me, but the whole situation was stressful. Given these issues, I cannot recommend this hotel to others. There are certainly better options available for a more comfortable and hassle-free stay.
