not all the pillow but some pillow with mark, looks disgusting! for the bathroom part, i was stayed for 2 days, but every time after like 5 mins later i was in flooded in bathroom with shower rain🤦🏿♀️⋯⋯and i had to tun off the tap let the water flow out to drain then i continue to shower🤦🏿♀️🤦🏿♀️ for the tv there is no astro

The malay receptionist is very rude, looks like you owe her RM10k on first impression🙄 And when requested hair dryer from her she was impolite. Customer came to visit your place not to see your face like that, hope can have improvement on this, receptionist must be polite.

It was a good experience except the small room and bad sound insulation. There was a group family quite annoying at night (after 11pm) and the early morning (8am). They quarreled seriously and affected our sleeping quality.
