地點很好，旁邊就是很大的購物廣場，隔壁也有一家超大的超市，逛街購物吃東西應有盡有，重點是如果要搭火車去北海火車站也不遠，打車容易，酒店新，房間乾淨整潔。

Decent stay at M Spice Hotel. Location near Sunway Carnival is super convenient n rooms r clean/modern. Good value overall, but having to pay the deposit in cash only is a total pain. Just a heads up if u plan to stay here.

Great location near eateries, Billion Shopping Centre, Sunway Carnival Mall, and Penang Bird Park. The hotel is very new, the room was clean, and the bed was comfortable. Service quality needs improvement. The check in process was slow, and local tax was incorrectly charged by days instead of nights. Front desk staff would benefit from better training and a more welcoming attitude. Security staff could also assist guests with luggage, especially as stairs are required before reaching the lift. Overall, a good stay with strong potential, but service standards should be improved.

Front desk needs a bit of training, other than that everything is good. Clean and good location, walking distance to sunway carnival mall and to sunway medical centre.

Went for a conference at Hospital Seberang Jaya. The location was really convenient with easy access to nearby malls so super easy to grab food and buy anything needed. I also really love how every time I came back from the conference, the room was cleaned up and smelled so fresh 🥹🫶🏼. You can also request an iron and ironing board, which was very helpful. The bed was also so comfortable!! We had such good sleep after tiring days! My friend and I had a blast staying here!!! Would definitely recommend it to others 🫶🏼💕
