噩夢的存在！ 酒店必須四點後才可以Check in 提前需要付款100美金，等到四點後給了我們設備間上面的房間，非常吵。我要求換房。酒店告知一個小時後才能給我房間。我們衹能在酒店餐廳湖邊等房間。誰知 我們的嬰兒小推車被莫名其妙的扔進湖裡，偷走了我們的汽車鑰匙，而我們進去房間已經晚上六點多。酒店沒有給予任何幫助。警察也是見怪不怪！ 鑰匙被偷，導致汽車無法啟動，哪裡都去不了。第二天我們租車回到幾百公里以外的家。第三天我老公再開租的車，八小時回酒店取鑰匙，第四天再把自己車開回來。全家旅行變高速競技。人累半死，買了一個教訓。不會再去。

Had two rooms booked and for some reason both of them were right beside the service elevator on each floor. I think this hotel gives 訂房網站.com customers the less desirable rooms, not to mention the light was burned out on the bathroom mirror as well in one room.

該酒店在市中心，在當地應該是最好的酒店，價錢不便宜，每天另外還要付加幣$45服務稅和$40停車費，地理位置一流，環境優美一流，酒店設施比較完善，前台小黑哥Haniel，專業，服務非常周到，點贊。

The front desk staff were exceptionally friendly and welcoming. The on-site restaurant is truly a hidden gem—both the food and drinks were outstanding. The only issue I encountered was with the air conditioning in the room. It was quite noisy, so I turned it off before bed to get a better night’s sleep. However, I woke up early in the morning to find it had turned itself back on and the room temperature had dropped to 18°C which was uncomfortably cold. I mentioned this to the front desk during check-out and the staff member sincerely apologized and assured me they would look into it. I appreciated the way the situation was handled. And the other thing is the room is a bit overpriced.
