Really a beautiful and luxury hotel, nice lobby, room and environment. Very clean and comfortable. The bed is so big, luxury, comfortable, soft, like sleeping on the cloud. Wifi is also available and fast. The bathroom is really clean and spacious. Staff were friendly they will greet you warmly. The checkin process wqs qlso smooth. On the other side, the air-conditioner is too cold but luckily can be turned off. Lack of complimentary for a pricey hotel. Not even snacks or drinks. The deposit is too high which 2 million IDR for 2 nights (1 million per night). Recommended to pay in cash for fully and fast refund after checkout. Read somewhere using card can be charged. The breakfast is way too far from expectation for a luxury hotel. It doesn’t taste good, the pastry is too dry, the chili oil for dimsum is too bitter, other foods are also taste ordinary and some are dry. The variety is not really interesting. Not really have expensive and wow taste neither. Have two day breakfast and did not even bother to repeat on the second day. Tips i have read from other review, make sure you enter 2 adults during booking because if it stated only 1 adult even you paid for two person price, they will only let 1 person to have breakfast. Other are just make sure you are really a behave client who knows how to take care of the room and dress nicely (no slipper and wet) because this hotel is for rich and ViP people. Otherwise you’ll be treated less.

Such an amazing stay for us. From Check-in procedures to check-out was smooth, lively and helpful to us. We had no issues at all during our stay. The food was amazing and variety. Love it when your breakfast has whole world food. Thanks to all the staffs who was smile widely , chatty with us. An applaud to you for able to cheer my year with a small birthday cake. It was so meaningful to me. Eventough it was weeks away from the actual date, however,i couldnt celebrate it before due to my busy schedule - and with it just makes me happy for a year!!

i stayed for 2 nights.. old style interior but still luxury.. the room is very clean but the bed is not really comfy maybe the bed mattress type is soft not medium hard.. the coffee in amenities still Nescafé sachet, i think for the hotel with the price at least using coffee machine, but it’s not mandatory just preferences.. mineral water is more than enough when refilled.. the most favorite part for me is the breakfast in restaurant “The Cafe”..all the food is 95% delicious, their grilled salmon, soup based and fruits that i refill more than 2 times.. the staffs are very friendly and helpful.. maybe from entrance to lobby is quite far..overall is very good, recommended 👍🏻
