Misleading photos - was given a room with no window and then moved upon request to a room with a 'view' (tiny window so room still very dark). Positives - staff very helpful and welcoming, room was clean, location convenient. Negatives - other than the above - would be good to have a hairdryer in the room instead of available on request (as you only realise there's no hairdryer when you get out the shower with wet hair!)

We had bad experience with the room amenities. The air conditioner didnt function well. Super duper hot even at night. Very little counter space to put our stuffs. Everything was basically on the floor. Really hate the shower curtain. The lighting in the room was too dark. The room and toilet were not very clean. Found hair here and there. Bathroom has mold and at the shower curtain too. Breakfast buffet was just ok. But the cafe is nice and comfy. Staffs were friendly and helpful. The location is great because its near to Gambir Station.

Overall , clean rooms, good service. Location near to many food cafe/ resto. And a 5-7min walk to sarinah mall. Value for money.

徒歩圏內で食事できる場所がたくさんあって便利です。近くのJalan Haji Agus Salimには屋台がたくさんあるので夕食には良いです。シャワーは熱いお湯が出るので驚きました。部屋に冷蔵庫はありません。ハウスキーピングは外出時にカードキーを抜くとサインが消えて掃除されてませんでした。注意が必要です。空港からホテルまではブルーバードタクシーで約200,000ルピアでした。ホテルから空港まではホテルのスタッフにお願いしてブルーバードタクシー手配してもらって同じく約200,000ルピアでした。
