酒店位置不錯，旁邊有一家中等大小的商場，裡面日料偏多，負一樓還有全家和atm機。前台服務熱情，和客房服務英語都沒問題，前台告知的負一樓有全家，還可以通地鐵，但是負一樓其實通不了地鐵，樓下轉一圈還是得出來到另一個大樓的大廳出門才有地鐵口。不過酒店就算從地面走到地鐵的距離也很近了，兩站就可以到雅加達最大的商場plaza那邊。酒店衞生沒問題，就是三項兩項插頭衹有兩個，剛入住的時候其中一個還壞了，維修人員過來給了轉接頭就好了。建議酒店可以為外國客人準備轉接頭

The Ayana MidPlaza hotel is perhaps one of the swankiest hotels that I have ever been too. The staff were all extremely pleasant and helpful and did everything in their power to make our stay more comfortable. As it was the night of our wedding, we even got a special cake as a present, which I must add was absolutely delicious. The room itself was spotlessly clean, the bathroom amenities were also perfect. I will absolutely stay here again one day and I am really looking forward to it. Thanks for the great work and professionalism.

ホテル內は清潔でスタッフの対応もよく、五つ星ホテルのわりには価格もお手頃で満足のいく滯在でした。 ジャカルタの大通りを少し入ったところにあるので、周囲にはビルが多く、大通り沿いのホテルと比べると景色は若干悪いかなと思います。 朝食のバリエーションは多いですが、以前宿泊した別のジャカルタのホテルよりは劣っている印象。

모든게 다좋았어요 ^^ 근데 호텔에서 중식당 메뉴판 엄청 홍보하더니 외부에 있어서 조금 불편함.맛은 최고 ㅎㅎ앞으로 또 올꺼 같아요

Located in central area. Well kept property. We enjoyed dining at the restaurant in the lobby. There’s mini mart and you can take a short walk to Citywalk Sudirman for Papaya supernarket, bakery and redtaurants.

Though overall of the hotel services and housekeeping is good, the sound proof of the room needs improvement. I can even hear the noise from corridor and when the water pipes are turned on. The main room door and  toilet door closing are affect med when neighbouring guests opened and closed their doors.

brilliant service with fully sincerity. Beverages are reloaded every day in the fridge, connected with midplaza office bill which makes much easier to commute or hit the restaurants. Breakfast has to be featured as the most attractiveness of this hotel. You will never regret to book here.
