Awesome experience! The staff were incredibly friendly, the food was delicious, and the restaurant had such a relaxing vibe. The room was clean with a nice view, and the service was fast and efficient. Housekeeping was also fast and friendly. It has definitely become my favourite hotel in Jakarta! Unfortunately, card payment was not available for room service, which was a bit inconvenient

酒店不管是前台還是餐廳服務都挺好的，碰到的工作人員都會微笑點頭打招呼，唯一的缺憾就是酒店的主樓房間非常的小且陳舊，好在酒店的早餐非常的豐盛，彌補了這一缺憾。不得不説酒店的地理位置非常好，離市中心最近的兩個大型商場走路就可以抵達。

Strategic location. Convenient location. Near to a shopping mall (less than 5mins walk across)  Down side is when your room is facing the Main Street, it could be kinda noisy at night, especially traffics horn etc.

２つの大規模ショッピングセンターの近くにあり、買い物も食事もとても便利でした　 10階程度の橫長の建物なのでエレベーターもあまり待たずに乗れました 1日目はシャワーのお湯がぬるくて寒いぐらいでしたが、２日目は大丈夫でした 朝食のバリエーションが幅広く、ウェスタンとインドネシアンの他に、日本、中國料理もありました チェックアウト時間を16時に変更しましたが、フロントの対応はスムーズでした

Unfortunately, I didn't have a good experience. I stay monthly at the Pullman chain. The breakfast is simple, the bathroom doesn't heat up quickly, the water in the sink is difficult to evacuate, and the pillow is uncomfortable. For the price, it's better to stay across the street at the Grand Hyatt or Kempinski, which has access to the mall and a 5-star standard of quality!
