자꾸 환율 잘 쳐준다고 환전하라고하고 룸서비스 시켜먹을때도 뭐 더 필요한거 없냐고 끼워팔기 시도하고 되게 귀찮았어요

Location is in good proximity to the Metro station and the Karol Bagh market. very convenient. The people at the reception were very good and helpful.

The hotel did not have a room even though the reservation was confirmed it happened at 11pm in the night so had to call mm t the customer service helped to get another hotel in the middle of night but the experience was terrifying. While booking for hotel metro view i had paid separately and prebooked for breakfast. This amount was not transferred to the new hotel

Stay experience was good. Good location, food also good. Overall nice experience. It is near to karol bagh metro station which is very helpful for tourists.

Every time we needed hot water, we had to call reception to turn on hot water facility. Hence had to wait for a long time to get hot water in the taps. Restaurant was good

The rooms were really cramped based on the price range and in comparison to other hotels in the area of the same price range. And even then, the rooms were dirty and unhygienic, not cleaned properly. Bad experience.

The location is very good near karol bagh market and metro station. The hotel has its own food facility and the quality is quite good at affordable prices. The only problem is the space is less and the hotel is the market area so not that much peaceful. But it's great for marketing. The new delhi railway station is nearby also.
