Room, bed, blanket was dirty, untidy and there was no sufficient hot water provision also. Bath room was small

I booked a Suite at Shiva Intercontinental,expecting a premium experience. However, what I encountered was worse than a standard room in a C-class hotel. Here are the horrifying details: 1. Room Condition: The suite was in an appalling state. The bedsheets were torn, and the blanket cover was riddled with yellow and black stains. The hotel room was filled with an unbearable smell, like that of decayed rats. It was beyond unhygienic. 2. Furniture: Instead of a sofa, there were two chairs that were filthy and covered in dust. The cushions were worn out, with black spots all over, indicating terrible maintenance. 3. Bathroom: The bathroom was utterly intolerable. The mirror was smudged and dirty, and the shower looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in ages. Using these facilities was a nightmare. This hotel doesn’t even deserve a one-star rating—it’s a **minus five stars** from me. The lack of cleanliness, poor maintenance, and complete disregard for basic hygiene make it one of the worst hotel stays I've ever experienced. **Do yourself a favor and avoid this place!**

It's a ok hotel for me staff was good response was nice but lil bit they need to be more clean the area were the hotel is bit bad one with lots and lots of massage spas

Hotel is very dirty lots of bedbugs are coming out from the bed as per the hotel condition pricing should be 500 per day

Stayed in room no 105, bathroom door can't close didn't repair until vacated the room, paid for ac room, there was ac but but its plug was damaged, stayed without ac 2 days with payment, didnt change tge plug until vacated the room, must be refund the amount.
