Access road to hotel is narrow and congested. Our booked room had no window (claustrophobic. No in-house kitchen, pure booked meals are fixed (thali) and may not be impressive and sufficient. Water bottles are paid. If options, i may not prefer this property again.

Bad behaviour of reception staff and poor quality of food served and hygiene bathroom smells like sewage really worst experience ever. There is no kettle in the room. Nice city view. Look at the view. They mentioned nice city view their site. This is the view we are getting from our window. Not recommended

this was the smallest room we ever stayed in. the bedsheet had stains ,the room was smelly there was no window in the room !

Pathetic rooms, unclean room and bed, thermas and utensils on which they served food was not washed for years, i did send food back many times, when asked for pillows for kids they denied as per them only 2 adults so only 2 pillows will be provided, i had an argument with them. On this after which they provided pillows, ants everywhere, dust behind curtains and tv, internet was close to 0 i ended up using 4g on roaming, they dint fix interet issues ever, rude staff not all though, owner was no manners to talk, no parking facility.
