Service was great, the capsules were very roomy and comfortable. Well equipped kitchen that saw a lot of use from guests. Great rooftop views of castle and surrounding neighborhood. Beer was €3. Lockers available for baggage when out and about in the city. I checked out in the AM and left my bags there until 1900. Womens only shower room was closed for maintenance while I was there. No bathrooms had hand soap next to sinks - pretty gross when you think about it. I tried not to think about it.

The main thing that needs improving are the bathrooms (better cleaning rota and keeping up with refilling shower gel). That would really improve the overall rating as there are so many people regularly using the bathrooms. There is a washing machine and tumble dryer but there's one of each so although these are free to use, I'd recommend just going to a laundrette instead of waiting around for the hostel's to be available. The rooms and beds are very comfy, not too much noise from other rooms but it's impossible to close the doors quietly. I'd still book again as overall was a good experience.
