The amenities for this hotel are great. The pool was great and the sun beds were dotted around. The rooms are such a disappointment after entering a bright airy lobby.   The furniture is old and the rooms generally feel dirty and need some attention. Our floor was filthy. I used a towel to mop up some water I spilt and it was so dirty we asked them to come in to wash the floors.  We were only staying for one night - if it was longer I would have asked to move rooms or hotels.

Dirty -Hair on shower walls, air filter full of dirt, Floors filthy. Not maintained - Bathroom sink plugged, Shower handle falling off the fixture, woodwork and furniture in very poor shape. Breakfast served cold. Ham was fried lunch meat By far one of the worst places we have stayed in years.

First, we paid for a room with a pool view, but when we arrived, we were given a room without a pool view. It took some time (approximately 2 hours) and some convincing, but the manager was able to relocate us to a room with a pool view. When we arrived in the new room, we were pleased with the location and space; however, the furnishings appeared old and not well-maintained; most wooden furniture contained many scratches, the dresser drawers in the bedroom were off the rails and not easily opened, seating on the couch in the living room was impossible, as one almost sank to the floor when attempting to sit on the couch. The overall style and look of the furnishings were just old. It's so sad for a hotel with a great location and upscale reputation.
