這個酒店差到極點！根本無服務，由於我們從南意一路開車還要上渡輪再到酒店花費時間長，郵件和在線聯繫住地方溝通晚些入住，因為我們趕不到，對方一個男的堅決不同意！差一分鐘也不行！如果按他的時間到達不了讓我明天再來？自己解決，反正他不會等我，這種服務真的無語！

We liked our short stay there.The only problem was finding the correct location, there are three Ma & Mi’s and our google map took us to the wrong one. We didn’t mind mind the walk up hill because we are in good shape but if you are not take a taxi. The staff was very nice and the owner did greet us in person after we went to the wrong location . We appreciated that. The room was clean & comfortable, I would stay again.

Self- Service in Hotel which is fine. But I found that it’s not possible talk to the agent in 訂房網站 when I need some real help.
