此次於聖誕節前入住，飯店大廳佈置的很有聖誕氣氛，宴會廳也充滿著參加派對的人。可能是假期期間，等候check in的時間很久，也因為飯店有一定年齡，房間內部中規中矩，沒有浴缸，蓮蓬頭也無法移動。 旁邊就是It park，此次早餐就去附近晃一下，很方便。

3/19日帶朋友來住宿一晚，14：00開始check in，前面有5組客人辦理登記，輪到我們開始時已經是14：45，然後等級完我們所有的資料後又告訴我們房間還在整理中，要我們15：00後再回來拿房卡，15：10回來重新排隊拿房卡時，最後等到拿到房卡時已經是15：40，整個過程只見櫃檯服務人員進進出出及撥打電話連繫房務人員，從開始等級到拿到房卡花了將近2小時...

這是一家老酒店了，多年前到宿霧的首選。有很棒的游泳池！自助式早餐種類豐富，比較其他酒店的自助式早餐。不論品項及口味都算勝出！但相較幾年前，品項似乎有減少！房間也是因為老舊，多年並未更新。以四星級酒店而言，似乎有待加強！

세부 2번째 여행이고, 워터프론트호텔 시티도 2번째 예약입니다. 만족스러웠기에 재방문했고, 가성비 훌륭합니다. 다만 객실은 이제 세월의 흔적이 좀 묻어있긴 합니다. 씨티 관광을 하기에 굉장히 좋은 위치이고, 걸어서 맛집들도 갈 수 있습니다. 추천!

분명 더블침대 1개 확인하고 예약을 했는데 싱글침대 2개있는방을 주셨습니다. 방을 변경하기위해 프론트로 내려가서 문의를 했지만 더블침대가 없다는 답변만 듣고 돌아가야했습니다. 싱글침대 2개 룸과 더블침대 1개 룸 가격이 다른데 왜 이렇게 된건지 잘 모르겠습니다.

很知名的地標，英文不好也不用怕計程車司機不知道在哪溝通老半天；飯店本身應有盡有還有能讓你賺點旅費的地方（或花費更多），比機場旁邊那間人多很多也熱鬧很多；人員服務態度也很棒，都會盡力幫你，當然如果給了小費他們會更熱情；房間很寬廣、我住的十樓view也很好，有很多客房服務選擇是讓我很讚嘆的地方，價格講真的跟台灣比起來也算是實在不少，唯一美中不足的就是房間扣除浴室和玄關只有三盞燈（黃光），晚上的確比較昏暗一些，另外就是我找不到吹風機…雖然我獨旅男生也不太有影響，但打個電話給櫃檯應該可以拿到吧？

Subject: Worst Service and Disappointing Stay I recently stayed at your hotel, and I must say it was an incredibly frustrating experience. From the moment I arrived, I encountered the worst service I have ever experienced in a hotel. The front office staff was unhelpful, and my room was not ready at check-in time, resulting in a significant delay that was not communicated effectively. Unfortunately, there was no effort from the management to address this inconvenience or offer any form of service recovery, which was deeply disappointing. Additionally, the condition of the room itself was unacceptable. The outdated decor was one thing, but the moldy smell was truly off-putting. It made my stay uncomfortable and left a negative impression. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a pleasant experience. There are far better options available.

I booked the hotel for its location, relatively big (third party) gym with free access for hotel guests) and being able to work during my stay. Unfortunately the gym only fulfilled its promise to a certain extent. Some machines were broken or overdue for repair, others were in a bad state. Beside that there was no instructor available when needed at both times I went to the gym. The other big complaint is about the slow WiFi speed in the room. I was not able to work properly and had to use the business center which offered a decent internet speed. Beside that I would have wished for better air conditioning which is quite old. Overall my stay was alright incl. the kind and helpful service.
