We are a group of 9 and booked 5 rooms. Upon check in we were told there will be NO HOT WATER (this issue been around for months - refer previous reviews). In the room there were no towels, mineral water or toilet paper. Upon complain it was quickly given. The cistern was not working and despite 3 complains it was unsuccessfully repaired. Breakfast was reviewed as horrible previously and this is double confirmed. Most of the food was COLD! And there were NO EGGS (no stock) on our first 2 days.. The only positive is the response was quick whenever we complain, though not always resolving the problem. Sincerely hope Management can resolve all these basic issues otherwise good luck to your biz operandi....

During our stay NO HOT WATER! We were moved 3 times on different rooms. The first room they gave us was occupied. The 2nd room no waters coming out in the shower and the tap then you can see the floor looks very dirty (waited until midnight to be moved on different room). The 3rd room was a bit better but the shower drainage doesn't work properly. Very old building and lots of construction happening inside. All in all, wasn't happen during our stay. Not recommended!

Nice spot for Sinulog but we was really disappointed for this hotel! It’s not worth it of what we paid for! No power, no water, we supposedly stay there for 3nights but when we checked in the room is too small! Broken toilet door and front door, broken kettle, doesn’t flush the toilet and dirty, no Bath mat, it was really horrible.We end up not staying there, we canceled our 1night after Sinulog.

Maintenance is bad or should i say worst...no hot water in shower..cant use t.v...hair Blower is broken.after calling them,,they didnt even bother to check . towels are dirty looking(dirty white) obviously looks.old like decades of using already..buffet breakfast food are not good but expensive....
