There is no pool for this hotel. Clogged sink; dirty bathroom; dirty room carpet; no hot water from the 1 standard and 1 executive King rooms that I booked. They charged breakfast for a 6 years old kid… Hilarious 4 star hotel that you cannot compare to a Seda 4 star hotel. Stay away from this property.

Bunch of smaller issues. I stayed in a bunch of hotels while so went around the Philippines and this is the first one that had a problem with my 訂房網站.com reservation. It still worked, but was much more time consuming than it needed to be. The shower curtain isn’t wide enough for the shower. There’s some mold in there too. No specific foot /floor mat and it looks like the soap rack was ripped off the wall in mine. The shower head was facing backwards toward the wall, which isn’t a problem, but stood out to me because I’ve never had that happen before. Chair in the corner of the room is stained and old, but who really uses those anyway. My key stopped working entirely. First to my room, then to the elevator. Then they sent a guy with me to test it to verify it was broken before getting a new card. The WiFi needed to be reconnected to and was inconsistent in some parts of my room. On a positive note it’s still overall a nice place, I just had higher expectations given the look and setup of the hotel. They also have a nice Samsung smart TV and the cable reception is mostly great.

Service was alright, beds were rather comfy. Like that theres a massage parlour opposite the hotel and the hotel allows the masseuse to come into your room for a massage. 7/11 nearby, overall a pleasant stay.

The hotel location is excellent. It is accessible to public transportation and is close to several establishments. The room itself was clean, comfortable, and spacious, but the furniture showed signs of some wear and tear. Hotel staff were very professional, helpful, pleasant, and courteous. The food and drinks served at the breakfast buffet were tasty and varied enough to accommodate people with different tastes and diets. There is a bar on the roofdeck that serves food and drinks and also hosts bands. I would definitely recommend this place to friends, family, and colleagues.
