The location of the hotel is convenient, and a few members of the staff were courteous. However, my overall experience was disappointing. Guests staying on the lower floors should be aware that outside noise, including conversations from the street, can be clearly heard inside the room. Unfortunately, requesting a room change due to this issue comes with an extra charge. Additionally, the shower head was unclean and showed signs of poor maintenance. The pillows provided were noticeably old and stained, which was quite unpleasant. In my friend’s room, the air conditioning unit was not functioning properly. Although we requested extra fans to help with the heat, only one was made available. Overall, the quality of the facilities and the level of service do not justify the high price.

I loved my room. It was clean, well-maintained, and very comfortable. The shower had great hot water and strong pressure, the Wi-Fi was reliable, and the AC worked well. Most of the staff were attentive and helpful, except at the front desk, which was disappointing. Check-in was at 2 pm. Instead of waiting in the lobby, I let them know I would be at the café and asked to be informed once my room was ready. However, even after 2 pm, I had to return to the lobby myself and still wait before the room was given to me. During check-out, I checked out early and was told to take a seat while they processed my deposit. I waited 30 minutes, and if I hadn’t followed up again, I believe I would have waited even longer as they seemed to have completely forgotten I was waiting. Aside from these front desk issues, the rest of my stay was terrific.

Had a great stay, just near VFS biometrics center for Australian visa. Enjoyed their buffet breakfast for an affordable price. Staff were all helpful and friendly. We’ ll surely recommend the place.

I stayed here so that I will not be late for my Japan visa appointment. It’s very near to the VFS office (just across the road). I checked in very late, but was accommodated right away. The room was clean, spacious, and complete with amenities. Puregold and Robinsons are nearby for any last minute buys like food and supplies. You will never run out of places to eat. The staff were friendly, polite, and prompt with their service. I highly recommend this hotel for short business stays.

お手頃な価格なのにそこそこ広さのあり、清潔感のあるお部屋でした。 ホテルのすぐ隣にスーパーがあり、近隣にはたくさんの飲食店があります。コンビニまでは少し距離がありますが徒歩圏內です。大きなモールまではタクシー利用となりますが、値段を考えると十分許容範囲です。 ホテルの目の前は交通量の多い道路なので騒音がどうなのか心配でしたが、部屋の中で外の騒音については全く気になりませんでした。 バスルームは少し古さを感じますが、フィリピンでは珍しくバスタブがありました。 受付の方の対応もよく、機會があればまた利用したいです。

the place is just out a bit from the city center but it is jst beside the road, a few japanese restaurant in the area, burger king and jollibee is also a walking distance. the staff are friendly they will let you checkin an hour early but very strick on check out. I ask to clean my room while I was away early but when I return about 11:30 still not clean and they cane around 2 pm already I was in the room and resting so just refuse to let them in. bed is good firm and soft pillow with heavy blanket. AC is working somehow I heard water dropping from the top I think its from the other aircon drain. string water pressure had a hot water its just take a while before it get hot. had a bedit and kettle.

My stay at Citipark Hotel was great. The staff are friendly and the guards are kind and helpful. Who would have thought that I can get and stay at a comfortable room for an affordable price. I would love to stay here again next time.

The hotel is a bit of dilapidated but still nice needs some renovation done.

Overall it meets the expectations, even though the best part of the hotel is the lobby. But still - spacious rooms, cleanliness is OK (even though I don't really like the idea to tell the reception to have my room cleaned, as their rule is - when I'm choosing to stay in a hotel, this should happen by default), beds are nice enough and there is a desk and a normal chair, if you need to spend some time on your laptop. Wifi is not good (good speed, but unstable - at some moments completely lost, and then in a minute to five minutes - works fine again), but I have a feeling this is a problem with wifi net in the Philippines as a general, or at least in its hotels, because it's been so in every single one of them over 3 different islands. The other thing that needs improvement in this hotel, is the bathroom. Who needs a bathtub in 2024, especially when you can't properly take a shower in it because there is not even a curtain if not something better to keep the water only within the wet zone? But still the overall feeling was good and I was happy to be there for 3 days. For more - not really. The area around is nice with a lot of restaurant, cafe and fast food option, however, to get to other parts of Cebu, you'd better be prepared to waste some time because of the traffic jams in the busy part of the day - but since this is a problem almost everywhere, I wouldn't blame the hotel for this.
