朝食付きで2名ツイン宿泊で六千円朝食付きなのでまあまあ安いかなプールは見に行ったんだけどしょぼい感じです。深いプールが好きなので殘念です。朝食は正直⭐️２つ　デポジットも面倒ですね！安いのでいいですよ。 Wi-Fi接続は良かったです。エアコンの効きも良かった。お湯がほぼ出ないのでそこは殘念です。

お部屋は広く、朝食も美味しくて種類も多くよかったです。すぐ近くにショッピングモールがあり過ごすのに困りませんでした。チェックインの際フロントの女性が威圧的で不快でしたが、その他のタイミングでフロントと話したときはその人はおらず丁寧な対応でした。1人の印象が悪くもったいないです。

check in時飯店人員有詳細確認訂單以及讓我提早12:30左右就可以入住到飯店，飯店整棟都是禁煙，只有在一樓旁邊有一個吸菸室，本次訂單有含早餐省去了我外出買早餐的事情，房務打掃的非常乾淨，讓我會想再次到宿霧旅行時再次訂購這個飯店！

• NOT RECOMMENDED • The old-school hotel policy of a ₱2,000 security deposit that cannot be waived is highly disappointing. The staff's lack of helpfulness and unwillingness to go the extra mile, especially in a corporate reservation context, is unacceptable. I will never stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to anyone. During a brief stay for a business meeting and site inspection, I was surprised to find myself walking in the middle of the night to locate an ATM just to pay the security deposit—an amount that most hotels worldwide waive upon check-in especially for corporate reservations. This outdated policy and poor service made the experience unnecessarily difficult and frustrating Especially if you already pay online and made it a hassle free transaction.

古いですが綺麗で、受付の方の対応も良かったです。立地もいいのでまた利用したいです。プールも夜8時までやっていたので、買い物を済ませたあとでも楽しめたのが良かったです！

It's my first time staying in Mandarin Plaza Hotel. I enjoyed it a lot. Very accessible, close to a mall and PUV Terminal. Highly Recommended

The service is good though it could be improved. We asked to borrow a flat iron but it was never delivered into the room. Amenities are okay. Just don’t expect too much.

Nice stay, room was clean though they are strict with check in time we were there 12 PM early check in is not possible so we wait and then try again and asked at 2:55 PM, the lady at the front desk is not that friendly and told us the room is still not ready and will call us once ready. 3:10 PM still no update so I asked again another front desk personnel, this time it was a guy who gave me the key card. The room was ready all along but no initiative from them to update us.
