強烈避雷！宿霧這家酒店安全形同虛設，遇襲護照被盜，酒店冷漠不作為、惡意扣按金，千萬別住！和朋友來宿霧旅遊入住該酒店，入住時繳納1000比索按金。期間在酒店內遭遇當地人員惡意襲擊，對方偷走我的護照，我們人身安全受到嚴重生命威脅。事發後我當即要求檢查襲擊者的背包尋找護照，酒店作為第三方完全不允許我檢查，縱容對方藏匿證件。我們第一時間撥打酒店電話求助，電話接通後前台遲遲不趕來制止，工作人員到場後全程冷眼旁觀、袖手旁觀，任由施暴者作惡，完全漠視住客人身安危與財物安全。後續前往警局處理糾紛，酒店經理全程冷漠自私，絲毫不關心我們是否受傷、是否需要就醫，第一時間衹想著索要所謂房間損失賠償，獅子大開口索要7000比索！當地警方全程不作為、推諉扯皮，我們衹能聯繫中國總領館多方周旋維權，最終由襲擊者付款賠償。全程酒店未提供任何安全保護，也未主動提出更換房間等保障措施，事後還惡意扣除我們1000比索按金。住客人身安全、財物安全完全得不到保障，遇事偏袒外人、推諉甩鍋、冷漠無情，安全管理極度混亂。來宿霧旅遊的朋友務必避雷這家酒店，避免遭遇人身傷害、護照被盜、維權無門的慘痛經歷！

房間比較大，乾淨整潔，服務熱情，比較貼心。基本該有的設備都有，床比較舒服，洗澡熱水很沖。離開馬路有一定距離，相對安靜很多。酒店整體保持不錯，就是確實年代久了，感覺一些小東西需要更換。還有美式空調陳舊，噪音大些。

The first impression, and the welcoming was comforting. The day one w/night stay was to be expected an unexpected guest appeared and running away from me in the bathroom. It made me chased it, see the photo. The next day I noticed other people’s hair on the top of the dresser and drawers not so clean. I did put out all the dirty glass that never returned. I had to asked for toilet paper, coffee, creamer and sugar. Yes, the cockroach crawled from the drainer.

Sa kinatibuk-an, taas og CP value kini nga accommodation — ang presyo kay husto ra, ug maayo ni para sa mga biyahero nga naay limitadong budget. 🍽️ Lami kaayo ang ilang pamahaw! 📍Nindot kaayo ang lokasyon – duol sa mall, money changer, ug sayon ra sakyanan. Maayo ni nga lugar para sa mga mubo nga pagpabilin. Pero sayang lang kay kulang gyud sa limpyo ang lugar. Sa banyo, klaro kaayo nga naa pay patay nga ok-ok (cockroach), ug ang kwarto mura’g wala gyud tarong limpyo. Kung ikaw tipo nga sensitive sa kalimpyo, basin ma-hasol ka gamay. Sa konklusyon, kung ang imong gi-prioritize kay presyo ug lokasyon, ug kaya ra nimo ang simple nga kondisyon sa pagpuyo, ok ra gyud ni nga kapilian. Pero kung importante para nimo ang kahinlo, mas maayo tingali nga motan-aw pa ka og laing opsyon.

Wonderful stay! From the moment we arrived, we were impressed. The room was spacious, comfortable, and beautifully appointed. The hotel itself was clean, well-maintained, and had a lovely atmosphere. We'll definitely be back.

I stayed there just one night. The room was clean and stuff was very friendly and polite. It's quiet area. Ac was a bit loud (old type ac), but for me it's ok. The breakfast is good.
