No cleaning service for the 5days I was there, insects and cockroaches around the room no fresh towels, no water bottles and no toilet paper so I brought my own stuff from the 7-Eleven store next to the hotel which was a bonus. The security team that worked at the hotel were amazing, caring and full of information and knowledge of Cebu they were more of a host than the actual host so a big thank you to the security team and their bosses that wore white shirts. I only saw the actual host when I couldn't connect to the wifi and to change rooms because I was put in the wrong room on arrival and when she came to collect my key on the last day at 0930 and asked when I would be checking out, I said in an hour knowing that check out wasn't till 12noon.

The location has nice view and the condo was spacious but the property needs to maintain its cleanliness. We saw underwear in the cabinet and small cockroach in the CR. I booked a good for 3 person room but the towel provided is only for two.

Pros: Very good location, has an indoor pool, great views especiaply at night. There are toasters, kettle, rice cooker, induction stove for families on a budget. Perfect place to do geocery, shop, eat, buy medicine. Great location. Cons: Towels, sink, beds, couches, need maintenance.

I always book a room at Horizon whenever I'm, my relatives or friends are here in Cebu. Aside from it being budget friendly, they have complete amenities, you can cook as well and it is located in the center of the city.

At Horizons101 this well located studio unit is just a short walk to Osmena Fuente and the great eating place - Robinson's Food Court. Lovely swimming pool open 6 days but always closed on Tuesdays. Easy to get to Ayala Mal, SM City or SM Seaside.

Lo Bueno que tiene el estudio es la ubicación en el centro. Los servicios como la piscina y el mini gimnasio están bien. La cama es pequeña para 2 personas. Ahora hay cosas que me cuesta entender cómo pueden tener una ducha que es una auténtica tortura, me parece algo que deberían mejorar, la presión del agua y la alcachofa de la ducha. Después no tiene cortina de baño con lo cual se moja todo el cuarto de baño y después se ensucia toda la casa. No se hace limpieza por supuesto te la tienes que apañar tú y te dejan una pequeña escoba sin recogedor. La nevera no enfría bien.
