We booked for a two bedroom unit, but they gave us only one bedroom unit. We needed to pay additional fee just to be transferred to the right room which we booked. In the room, the aircon is so noisy. It blows directly to your face because it’s just beside the bed. You either turn it off to avoid the noise and the inconvenience brought by direct blowing of the aircon on your face or suffer from too much heat. It was so uncomfortable. There is no rug and broom provided. We booked for five nights and the room become very dirty because there is no broom and rug provided for the room.

2 комнатный номер в классическом стиле, с полноценной кухней, в одной комнате 2х спальная кровать, в другой односпальная, мы просили дополнительную кровать, за нее с нам денег не брали. Кондиционеры работают исправно, горячая вода ,чистое постельное белье и полотенца, круглосуточная стойка охраны, бесплатный паркинг, в пяти минутах ходьбы Аяла- центр. Залог за номер - 1000 песо. Рядом есть кафе и спа. Рекомендуем.

The hotel is located in a safe and pleasant area where we could walk and enjoy the atmosphere. It is about a five-minute walk from a huge shopping mall with everything you might need. There are also many massage salons close to the hotel with very affordable prices, about 2.5 times cheaper than in El Nido. Helpful staff, clean rooms, and a kitchen with everything needed for cooking. We were surprised to see such a big apartment. We didn’t expect it to be so spacious and comfortable.

I stayed here with my Japanese friends and they was amazed by the room sized and cleanliness.. no cockroach seen. But, hot water is a problem in 1 bathroom but okey in other 1 bathroom.. but they fix it the second today of our stay. they also give us support dealing with our problem. nevertheless, it was a great stay.

今回年末に利用させて頂きました。初めてのアパートタイプでホテルとは違い、少し戸惑いましたが、働いている皆さんラフな感じで、かつ親切でした。貓ちゃんが何匹か居てとっても可愛かったです。お値段的にも長期滯在には最高だと思います。アヤラモールも歩いて10分位で、生活には困らないと思いました。

We stayed in a very lovely apparment, with lots of space. Everything was clean and in good condition. The shower was hot and had enough water pressure.

Great place to stay in the city with free parking, nothing is too much trouble for the staff also reasonable rates to stay. They have rooms available with self catering which I prefer.
