(Palette Cebu The Almonds Boutique Aparthotel Near University of Cebu)

Very Dissapointed, gladly we just book 1 night, drivers can’t locate the hotel easily. Struggling in pooping cause no bidet, no tabo and balde. The shower is detacheable but no shower holder its just hanging. We ask for hot water no available refill in the dispenser. But the room is big.

An Unforgettable Stay - Excellent Hotel & Exceptional Tours! I recently stayed at Palette Cebu The Almonds Boutique Aparthotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. The building is brand new, modern, and perfectly located next to a shopping mall and jeepney stops. It offers a peaceful, quiet atmosphere while remaining just a stone's throw away from the bustling Cebu city center. The rooms are equipped with incredibly comfortable beds and highly efficient air conditioning, ensuring a great night's sleep. The swimming pool is also a fantastic bonus to unwind after a day of exploring. The staff here are exceptionally friendly and helpful. They can seamlessly arrange airport transfers and customized day 訂房網站s. I highly recommend booking their tour to Moalboal to swim with turtles. My guide, Kim, made it an unforgettable day that will stay in my memory for a long time. Beyond the beautiful sights and delicious local food, Kim shared deep insights into Philippine history, the economic situation, and the realities of daily life in the country. To top it all off, the owner runs the "Children of Asia" foundation. She is an incredibly helpful, good-hearted person with high moral standards. All of these qualities ensure the entire hotel operations run flawlessly. I recommend this place 100%!

The value for money here is good overall. One thing to note is that room cleaning is only provided every 3days. Depending on the number of guests, the floor can quickly collect hair and dust, so we asked if we could borrow a broom to clean the room ourselves. The housekeeping staff themselves were kind, but I do hope the hotel can be a little more flexible when responding to simple guest requests like this. On the positive side, the location is excellent. Even without an in-house restaurant, there are plenty of places to eat nearby, so it’s very convenient and never a problem finding food.

i recently stayed at Palette Cebu The Almonds Boutique Aparthotel, a newly opened property with promising potential. The hotel itself is clean, modern, and offers a comfortable environment that reflects its boutique concept. However, there are several areas that need improvement. The access road leading from the highway to the hotel is in poor condition, which can be quite discouraging for first-time guests and may affect the overall first impression. Improving or coordinating with local authorities regarding this access would greatly enhance guest experience. In terms of facilities, the rooms are decent but not yet aligned with more contemporary standards. The use of traditional keys instead of key cards or digital access systems feels outdated for a newly opened hotel and may be something management can consider upgrading. Service-wise, while the staff are polite, there is a clear need for further training in customer service to ensure a more seamless and professional guest experience. With proper training and attention to detail, the team can significantly elevate the hotel’s service quality. Overall, the hotel shows strong potential, but addressing these concerns will be key to delivering a more satisfying and competitive hospitality experience.

Upon arriving in the room, I immediately noticed that it was very hot, and the air conditioning was not working properly. I had to go down myself to seek assistance, which was quite inconvenient. Additionally, the room lacked basic amenities—there wasn’t even a single glass available for water or coffee, and there was no kettle for preparing hot drinks. Another concern was the absence of a curtain in the kitchen area, making it fully visible from outside, which affected privacy. On a positive note, the staff were friendly and polite throughout my stay, which I appreciated.

I enjoyed my stay at Unit 504. The staff were friendly and nice. I had a great time using their pool, so cold and relaxing.

The room is clean and good for its price, and considering the hotel is fairly new. Walls are quite thin so expect to hear noises from outside. No bidet and bathroom rug when I stayed, so hopefully these can be added as improvements to the room. I would recommend avoiding red-colored fleece blankets as it leaves so much lint on the white sheets, which I was worried could leave stains. Overall staff are nice and attentive.
