First they gave us a room that the AC is not properly working and its almost 11pm and transfer to another room. Next morning we decided to extend and asked for our IDs and registration form again although we already had it upon check in bcoz the fo cannot find the docs, inconvenient for the guest and convenient for them what a mind set.

Here's a glowing hotel review: *5/5 Stars* "I recently stayed at this hotel and it was absolutely fantastic! The room was clean, spacious, and had a beautiful view of the city. The staff were friendly and welcoming, always willing to lend a helping hand. The hotel's amenities, such as the fitness center and pool, were top-notch and added to my overall enjoyment of my stay. The location was also perfect, close to major attractions and with plenty of dining options nearby. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient place to stay. Can't wait to come back!"

Value for money, good location if you have business in downtown area. FOs are a bit inconvenient for changing rooms to asking for another IDs and the forms, we extend for another night asking again for the same documents.

The hotel is in a great location, easily accessible to all the nearby attractions in Cebu. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The only issue we encountered was that the heater wasn’t working. However, overall, it was a good experience. Not bad at all!

Terrible policy to fully buy new sheets,.... if so called stains. Maybe a partial buy. Maybe up to 25% Maybe up to 50%. But buy 100% for one baby.... baby poop stain. RIDICULOUS!. MY WIFE SAID NEVER SATYING THERE AGAIN

The place was okay but the amenities are lacking - the heater was not working. there is no table to eat in the room, though they have tables at the lobby, you will have to pay for the corkage if you buy your food outside and eat on their table. But the location is perfect.
