辦理入住需要登記很久 房間沒有Wi-Fi，想上網要下來一樓大廳，最重要是退房 等了至少半個小時 我覺得他們是在檢查是否有在房間抽煙的行為 好罰款 ，還好我沒有在房間抽煙，喜歡抽煙的朋友就要好好考慮了

房間沒熱水 入住時間跟原本上顯示的入住的時間不一樣 到了現場說房間還沒整理好 所以無法入住 隔天立馬換了一間飯店 房間也沒提供毛巾需要自己攜帶

Stayes in Mezzo for our wedding day and the day after. All rooms I booked were so clean with complete toiletries essentials. They made sure of a hassle-free and very friendly environment. All staff are so nice and they always attend to what we need efficiently. During the wedding kitchen staff are so attentive, food were serve well in good portions and the best taste! Kudos to the head chef and all other members of the kitchen! Thank you Mezzo for a very good customer service! Will highly recommend to friends and family. Thank you so much.

・シャワーはちゃんとお湯がでました。水回りにやや汚れがあるが気にはならない程度でした。 ・近くのモールまで1km程度で歩いて移動できます。

Hotel is the perfect location for my oath-taking venue which is the IEC convention center, near malls and grocery store, clean, accommodating staff, a clean environment, near restaurant and lay dry services if needed. I will recommend this hotel to my friend and family because it is a pretty decent hotel for lower price
