I love this hotel, very excellent location, located at the heart of Cebu City, just steps away from Fuente Osmena Circle, Robinsons Malls and the restaurants are also a few steps away. Public transportation is an easy catch as well. I love this hotel. I had the best seat and view when I had my breakfast at the restaurant there. Thanks Elegant Circle Inn! I will be back for sure. The place is secure with parking lot nearby. Located in the heart of Fuente. The downside is that breakfast will be served by 7am, most hotels serve breakfast starting 6am for the convenience of early birds.

Small room and only louver window to the hallway which doesn't stop sound in or or out. Our stay was ok for a low budget transit stop.
