The first room I was given had no working lights and was very dim. I requested a transfer, but the new room also had issues—the air conditioning was not working properly. Unfortunately, both rooms were uncomfortable, and I was quite disappointed with the experience. The photos show the lights that are not working. They mentioned that replacements have already been ordered. If that is the case, the customer will need to make the necessary adjustments in the meantime.

Hotel Review: A Disappointing Stay My stay at this hotel was nothing short of frustrating. The issues started right at check-in when they refused to allow early check-in, even though my room was ready. It wasn’t a matter of hours—just a few minutes—but they still wouldn’t budge. This lack of flexibility and customer service was a bad start. Once I got to the room, things only got worse: 1. Hygiene Issues: The bathroom was in poor condition, with a dirty towels. It made me question the overall cleanliness of the room. 2. Dirty Bed Sheets: The bedding was stained, making it clear that housekeeping standards were not being upheld. 3. Busted Lights: The light fixture above the mirror was broken, which made the room feel neglected and poorly maintained. 4. Ceiling Light Fixture Issues: The overhead light was also missing its cover, and one of the light was also busted - adding to the overall lack of upkeep. 5. The Smelly and Dark Hallway which makes you think of all those creepy things in every hotels stories. Between the poor cleanliness, lack of maintenance, and their unwillingness to be even slightly accommodating at check-in, I can’t recommend this hotel. There are definitely better options available.

The TV was out of service, the gym was under maintenance, although they did allow me to use it after asking for a dumbbell, The phone wasn't working, never received a reason. The second day we needed coffee stir sticks, which we replaced with the toothbrush handles. Housekeeping was good, but over all I would probably book elsewhere.

Отличное место, бассейн на крыше с видом на город. Мы прилетели рано и нас спокойно пустили до 14 00 подождать у бассейна. Приветливый персонал, в номере есть всё для комфорта. Месторасположение идеальное рядом супермаркеты и кафе. Советую однозначно!!

ロケーションはバッチリ。クリーニング屋さんまで徒歩３分コンビニまで徒歩4分。アヤラモールは大通り挾んで徒歩3分。バスタオルは有りますがフェイスタオルは有りません。チェックインの時に部屋にドライヤーがあるか確認した方が良いです。朝食の種類は少なめですが味はまあまあ。

Так как я путешествую с детьми мне пришлось брать номер люкс. Хотелось после долгой дороги принять душ и выспаться. Но увы… во-первых, в номере нас встретили тараканы. За 2 ночи убили около 6 шт. Во-вторых, напора в душе не было вообще. При том, что было заявлено три гостя, дали всего два полотенца и те, в пятнах. Расположение отеля нас сильно не парило, по Себу передвигаться было удобно на автобусах, мы так и не взяли байк. Но окна номера выходят НЕ на улицу, а в само здание - это тоже минус. И очень очень пахнет сыростью. Из плюсов, конечно бассейн. Вода прохладная! Превосходный завтрак и хороший кофе! Честно, завтрак и удобная кровать, спасли ситуацию! А еще и телевизор с Ютубом. Ну пока отель на троечку.
