地點跟環境都超讚的 3個住一個家庭房爽到不行 飯店設施捨設備被品都很新 很高級 還有飯店泳池 只差沒有洗衣房 小可惜 樓下就有24小時超施 有夠方便 下次去宿霧還會選one tree!!!!

値段の割に部屋が広く、非常に快適でした。プールとジムがあり、宿泊者は無料で利用できるのがありがたいです。グラウンドフロアにはコンビニ、カフェがあります。そこのカフェの食事が美味しかった。プールで泳いでリフレッシュできました。総じて素敵なホテルでした。

We stayed at this hotel for an entire month and never regretted our choice. For a long-term stay, it's an absolute gem. The hotel is completely new — you can tell from the fresh renovation, modern fixtures, and furniture with no signs of wear. Nothing broke or loosened over the month, which says a lot about the quality of the construction. What impressed us most during this time: 1. Consistent cleanliness. The rooms were spotless every single day. The linen was crisp, snow-white, and changed regularly — even without us asking. Housekeeping was quiet and careful, never disturbing our routine. The bathroom always felt fresh, and the pool water stayed crystal clear throughout the month — not once did it feel neglected. 2. True professionals at the front desk and beyond. Over 30 days of interacting with the staff, we never heard a single rude word or saw an indifferent look. Every issue was handled quickly — from replacing a light bulb to helping us book taxis and suggesting sightseeing spots. You can tell the team is well-trained and genuinely enjoys their work. 3. Great amenities for extended stays. The gym is compact but more than enough for daily workouts. The pool was a lifesaver on hot days — clean, well-maintained, and without that strong chlorine smell. The room was comfortable for both relaxing and working, with good soundproofing — neighbors never bothered us once during the entire month. Living here for a month was an absolute pleasure. The hotel keeps its high standards every single day, with no compromise just because we were staying long-term. Excellent value for money. Highly recommend — especially for those planning to stay more than a week!

Spacious & Modern Rooms: The rooms feel more like modern condo units than typical small hotel rooms. The layout is very generous, featuring large, comfortable beds, strong AC, and modern decor.  Huge Bathrooms: One of the best highlights is the bathroom—spacious counter space, big vanity mirror, and reliable water pressure with hot/cold shower options.  On-Site Convenience: Loved having food options, coffee shops, a laundry service, and a convenience store right in the same building/plaza area.  Great Amenities: Access to a clean outdoor pool and fitness gym makes the stay feel premium for such an affordable price. Warm Hospitality: Front desk and housekeeping staff are exceptionally polite, professional, and attentive. Free guest parking in the basement is also a big plus.

スタッフの接客がとにかく丁寧でとてもよいリゾートホテルでした。警備員の見回りも行き渡っており併設されているレストランの食事もとてもおいしく、他人におすすめしたいと思えるホテルです。

아직 ㅅᆢ프트 오픈이지만 깔끔하고 좋았습니다. 추후 식당 등이 완공되면 더 좋아질겋로 생각되네요. 재방문의사 있슷니다.

Newer place so I guess you have to take it with a grain of salt. Restaurants that claim to be open are not. Alcohol is blocks away. 24 chicken below is really not even 12. Many kids begging for money. No decent restaurant within walking distance. Hotel is nice but area- meh.

New hotel with nice decor. It's a bit far from the airport, but there are restaurants and convenience stores downstairs, plus plenty of dining options nearby. It's worth making the 訂房網站 just to stay here - great value for money and excellent service. The only thing I'd like to mention is about the bedding hygiene. It would be best to double-check after cleaning the room, because in our room, two out of four pillows had some minor stains on them, but they weren't big so we didn't really mind. For this price range, everything else is basically perfect - highly recommended.

Overall nice stay for the price. Clean new hotel, only issue is the drilling very early in the morning, guest need to rest especially who just had long 2 transfers to get to Cebu and try to get rest only to get drilling at 8-9AM, even though requested quite room through booking at 訂房網站.com

The hotel is very new, so obviously the facilities, beddings, etc. are all new. There are ongoing construction works here and there, but the staff are hands-on to make sure these don't interfere with guests. There is nothing special with the location, but it's on a hill so there's no risk of flooding. The staff are also very accommodating.
