The staff were friendly and accommodating. When I found hair on the bed, they immediately changed the bed cover, which I appreciated. However, I hope the housekeeping team can be more careful and ensure the bed is thoroughly cleaned before guests check in. A little more attention to cleanliness would make the stay much better.

A quiet and relaxing place, perfect for taking a break and enjoying a peaceful stay. The room was clean and comfortable, and the overall atmosphere was calm and pleasant. The staff were accommodating, and the place provided a relaxing environment away from the noise and stress of everyday life. Overall, it was a good experience, and I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable and peaceful place to stay.

This is almost a perfect location for a getaway like something you want to be distant from the city life. But one problem I encountered is the sudden cut-off of the internet connection which not sure that even after few weeks it's still not up. Although afar from that I think this is one of the suites/hotels that really won my heart with their customer service and support. Since the place doesn't have an elevator, but it has a crew that are supportive and really make you felt welcome and unbothered. I would visit again, maybe during work but just a pure unwind vacation or getaway. Thank you.

Booked accidentally, and went to the place within the hour since the page dis not approve our cancellation and refund. Asked to book to another date they say we can't, when asked if we can just early check in and early checkout still ask for payment. No options whatsoever really bad customer support experience.will not book again using this app and at this hote
