This is our 2nd time to stay at Hotel Casiana. As usual everything is perfect. I love the customer service of all the staff in the hotel. It really is a plus points. The amenities, room and buffet breakfast are all good. We will keep coming back in this hotel. Even my mom who stayed here for the first time recommended it to her friends.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ From the moment we arrived, we were warmly greeted by the smiling guards and helpful bell attendants. Check-in was quick, the lobby was clean and relaxing, and every staff member we met was courteous and welcoming. Our family room was spotless, fresh-smelling, and spacious with a lovely view. The heated pool was perfect for the cool Tagaytay weather, and the staff at the pool and bar were very friendly. Breakfast was good though the selection was limited, and the breakfast receptionist could be more pleasant. The front desk manager was attentive and accommodating, even offering a free late checkout. Overall, Hotel Casiana is a wonderful place for a relaxing and safe family stay — definitely worth coming back to! 👨👩👧👦✨

Definitely a best decision ever to celebrate my birthday here with my family. I love the location, the amenities, the food, the room, the staffs, and service. If I can clock one thing maybe the slow elevator but it is understandable due to many guests at that time. We will definitely go back :)

Worth every penny for family lalo na sa mga kids. Di sila mauubusan ng gagawin. They have play area at the same time a heated pool, na pwede magswimming kahit malamig. Ang sarap din ng pastry nila dito lalo na yung ensaymada tas partneran mo ng hot choco. Ugh! Ito talaga yung hotel na worth balikan. Thank you again Casiana!!! ❤️

The hotel is good location is good service is not that good. In fairness hotel hotel people are good. They are smiling & friendly. And, the event center is not that convenient. Because it is a bit far from the hotel. And there’s no walkway in there. It is so annoying specially it’s raining during our event. And walking around 200 meters from the hotel wearing high hills are hell. And the service in the event is not that good. They are lacking personnel.
