During my stay, I encountered several issues that made the experience less than satisfactory. The shower felt like needles and sprayed water everywhere, leaving a mess that required all the towels to clean up. Early the next morning around 6:30 AM, I requested fresh towels. The front desk staff assured me someone would bring them, but no one ever came. When I returned at 5:30 PM, the used towels were still there. I had to go back to the front desk to get new ones myself—something I had already requested earlier. Even then, the dirty towels were simply placed outside the door and were left all day. Additionally, I was surprised to find a $10 daily parking fee and a $350 holding deposit. These charges were not clearly communicated upfront and are significantly higher than what I’ve experienced at comparable resorts. I checked out early due to these inconveniences. I hope this feedback helps improve future guest experiences. Cleanliness is excellent, I placed good for the towel issue.

位置好，去鎮上購物吃飯也很方便。風景太美了，餐廳對面就是高爾夫球場和遠處的山丘，特別美，特別安靜，還想再去好好呆幾天。

中規中矩的酒店。前台服務不算熱情。沒什麼特別，湊合過得去。房間裡煮飯的工具倒是很齊全。真的可以做飯的感覺。環境衞生都還可以。

Das Hotel ist trotz der Nähe zum Flughafen sehr ruhig gelegen. Wir konnten prima mit offenem Fenster schlafen. Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Blick über den Pool auf die Berge, was wirklich großartig war. Die Zimmer selber sind recht modern eingerichtet und haben einen sehr guten Standard. Unser Zimmer war sehr sauber und hat uns sehr gut gefallen. Der Pool ist sehr schön und wir haben ihn auch häufig genutzt. Es gibt Waschmaschine und Trockner die kostenlos zur Verfügung gestellt werden. Das parken kostet zehn Euro die Nacht. Das Frühstück war für amerikanische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Mittwoch Abend gibt es auch kostenlosen Essen für alle Gäste. Wir würden jederzeit wieder in diesem Hotel übernachten und können es auf jeden Fall weiter empfehlen.

Great location close to downtown and nearby *******. The pool area is relaxing and refreshing. The included breakfast has fresh fruit, sausage, eggs and English muffins and waffles. Great way to start the day.
