해당 호텔을 예약했으나 over booking 이라는 이유로 다른 호텔로 안내를 받았습니다. 새로 안내 받은 호텔은 Dong lai 라는 호텔로 town 과는 다소 떨어져 있는 위치입니다. (택시 8만동 요구) Dong lai 호텔은 새로지은 호텔로 청결하고 잘 갖추어져 있었습니다. 해당 응옥 아인은 내부는 보지 못했으나 위치 면에서는 매우 훌륭합니다. (town 도보 이동 편리)

We booked this hotel room via 訂房網站 but when we arrived there, there was no room available.  The host didn’t look surprised. He didn’t wanna see our reservation number or reference. He diverted to nearby hotel, in pretty bad conditions. We noticed later on that the price of the new hotel was less than half what we paid initially . No refund, no explanations, no breakfast ( even if included in our reservation). Probably the owner is not happy with 訂房網站 reservation customers , he’s using the platform for publicity, but then he accept only people that booked with him directly. It was totally a scam. I really bad experience .

시설이 전체적으로 오해되었고. 여행일정이 급해 괜찮은 방을 찾기 힘들어 급하게 구해서 어쩔 수 없이 머물렀는데. 다시는 안 갈거 같습니다. 리셉션 데스크분이 영어를 잘 못했고. 청결하지 않으며 너무 별로였어요.
