The room is nice. Affordable rate good for 4 pax. Its on the center of downtown. Though the CR has bad smell and AC is not cold enough. There's an issue with the door as it can't be locked when we go outside but the staff are easy to approach with and they fixed the issue immediately.

The room and toilet smelled old. Refurbishing really needed for this hotel. God location though at the heart of catbalogan. No hot shower as well.
