Affordable price and good location as its infront of City Plaza of Catbalogan. However, amenities need to improve as bed sheets and towels has stains and kinda old, there's no toiletries and hot water. Much better if they will replace and add some amenities. Also wifi is too low. On the other hand, the staff are nice and they allow me to check-in early. Recommended for swift stay and if your looking a budget rate.

Stay away from this hotel !!! No water !!! Ants everywhere! !!! Towel looks like rug ( see pics below) !!! Rude staff !!! Asking for 200pesos deposit (refundable) but cant provide a receipt !!! After the refund they will ask you to sign in a logbook !!! Stupid policy!!! Go somewhere else like Novo Hotel. It’s nearby and same budget hotel but more professional and better room!!!

A regular budget hotel nothing fancy. The only good thing is its near to everything. But definitely needs maintenance and all.

The room is affordable and large, with a great location. However, the air conditioner leaks, making the floor wet. While a fan is available, it's not as effective for cooling. Overall, it's a positive experience.

they cannot provide the bath soap for 3 days because its out of stock. they will charge you for a cup of hot water. they dont have generator during the power outage for 8 hours

Affordable price and good location as its infront of City Plaza of Catbalogan.
