Staff are not 24/7 to answer our queries. The door lock at 406A is not safe, everyone can open because it is broken and we call the receptionist she promised us to transfer us in other room but she won't come back she get our key card but when we call her again, one is there and we slept with worries and I cant sleep well because I felt that we are not safe. Next day she transfer us in 401A , no shower in the tub and the ensuit shower is lock, the microwave oven have dirt my partner found 2 small cockroach, no heater. And the rubbish bins still have rubbish and the pillowslip bet stinky.. for me I will not recommend it the others and I'm very disappointed for staying and experience that.. since I paid for it for having a good and quality service that we expecting from your hotel.

It was a good location and very convenient hotel for business needs. A lot of business facilities around and also good for restaurants nearby too.

性價比還行。不過hotel 比較舊了，很多地方需要翻新。酒店地理位置較偏僻。

Great location, close enough to civilisation and venues, with proximity to nature and walking tracks (picture). Staff were very helpful and gave an extended check out. Room was clean and had all the amenities required (towels, soap, coffee, cups, cutlery) with a kitchenette. 10/10 will definitely come back.

Good location. Good pricing .  Last 3 times I have stayed staff are missing at front desk and waited 10 minutes to book in 7-8pm period . Would benefit from a buzzer or communication system . Once they came to  front desk very friendly .  Blinds in bedroom should be 10 cm longer to block out light .  Great kitchen facilities for long term stays . 1 bedroom very spacious  . Internet fast and good . Tv reception bad and intermittent  Parking good . Although under 2 metre clearance . Should say 1.95 metre rather than 2 metre . Slight scrape on top of van .  Otherwise very good . Will stay again .

My experienced wasn’t bad. Location is very close to the train station, for the price it’s okay. Shout out to the reception a guy who served me when I arrived. He offered me a can of drink because it was sunny and I was walking from station to the accomodation. Great customer service. One thing that I don’t like was the mini bar fridge it was damaged. One night I arrived into my room, I nearly slipped, there was water everywhere from the fridge all the way to the door. I rang up to discuss the issue no one answered. I decided to put all the towels in the floor to stop the water. My issue was HEALTH & SAFETY of the guest. Aside from that issue everything was good. Ildelyn Geelong vic
