Ceiling light and telephone in the room were not working. Despite my complaint, the power/staff did not do anything about them. The brochure did not tell the customer that there was no lift provided. My room numbered 6 was located on 3rd floor. I had to struggled with two begs. The staircases were steep and high and the carpets were torn and dirty.
