巨差而且熱到和桑拿房一樣窗戶也不能開沒有風扇沒有空調千萬別住

服務很好，房間有熱水壺，位置好。距離火車站，車站，超市都很近。幾分鐘步行可以達到shopping mall。周邊景點都可以步行距離。電子門鎖，不用帶鑰匙或者卡。密碼進出。這點很便捷。不好：房間有玻璃沒窗戶，不能透氣。

The room is fantastic. It is clean, large and tidy. Everything was prepared, such as a hair dryer, a water boiler and shampoo. The location is also great. The only sad point is that I had requested a high floor to watch the trains, but the mirror seems to have been stuck with some layers, which blocked the view. Apart from this, everything was good and awesome. I would definitely book again when I travel to Cardiff!🏴󠁧󠁢󠁷󠁬󠁳󠁿👍🏻

It’s about a 10-minute walk from Cardiff Station to the hotel. The location is very convenient. However, there is no parking available, so it may be inconvenient for those traveling by car. I think it’s fine if you just need a place to sleep. Please note that it is not the kind of hotel you would expect from Novotel or Ibis. The room was spacious and comfortable. There was a window, but it could not be opened. The room had a hairdryer and a safe, but no refrigerator. カーディフ駅からホテルへ徒歩10分ほどで到著できます。立地はとても良いです。しかし駐車場は無く、車で移動される方には不便だとおもいます。ただ寢泊まりする分には良いと思います。ノボテルやイビスのようなホテルでは無いのでご注意ください。部屋は広く、快適に過ごせました。窓はありますが開閉ができないタイプのものでした。ドライヤーや金庫はありますが冷蔵庫はありません。

Price was much more affordable than other hotels in the same area. Great location. The check-in time was 3PM but displayed here 2PM, called the number at the reception and the lady still let me check-in early. Room was spacious and clean, bathroom as well, however I booked a double bed but it was 2 singles put into one. The water in the shower was way too hot though, I was twisting the knob and wait for each of them for a while but it’s just keep getting hotter so eventually I took mixed it the cold water from the faucet pour it in the tub. Overall nice experience

Solo travelling. The location was amazing as it was easy to walk around but also drive too. The hotel is under renovation, so some windows are covered depending on where on the view but I think that’s minor. Definitely will be back next time I’m in Cardiff. Thank you.

Terrible place, no where to park nearby, checking in we asked to leave our bags as on the booking it said we could and the staff kicked up a right fuss along side not being able to book in until gone 3pm even tho says checking at 2pm. The elevators were discussing with dust dirt and rubbish everywhere, the room itself the door was heavy and wouldn’t lock properly as was the bathroom the lights were temperamental and the room itself is extremely hot as there is no air conditioning and the windows don’t open that being said they are also filmed so you can’t even see outside the hotel, the ceiling literally looked like it was about to cave in on us and with all that being said we left and hour after checking in as we didn’t feel safe saying there overnight.

We arrived for check at 2pm to be told to come back in a hour as rooms where not ready. Was extremely busy when we back due to concert happening in Cardiff. Our room was still not ready so they moved us to a different one. Room was lovely, very warm and windows do not open but they had a fan in there and a little air cooler so they was definitely trying to make it better. There was a complementary breakfast in the morning but we did not have this so can’t say what it was. A really nice touch was the water Pepsi and biscuits left in the room. Will stay again if coming to Cardiff

Stayed for two night, it was 25 degrees outside. We walked into our room it was feeling like 45 degrees with no air con and windows didn’t open. Phoned reception for a fan, it took them 1hr with multiple phone calls and then brought up an air con unit that didn’t blow cold air and was weak. We had to sleep all night with damp towels on us. Horrendous!!! (I would have gone to another hotel but metallic were on and rooms were very expensive).
