Great location, views and 'Instagrammable' vibes. They offer free parking to guests. However the service does not match the price point or the online reviews. Here's some factual examples (with photos attached) below for your own judgement - significant lapses in housekeeping and safety, including our room door being left open by staff after room cleaning and dirty cleaning cloths left on personal items. A more serious concern, during dinner when a waiter was clearing our table, he dropped a knife which hit and broke a wine glass, sending shards flying everywhere—including into my glass of water. The waiter took the broken wine glass away silently without an apology. He returned to clean the table and bring a new wine, but he left the water glass full of broken glass pieces on the table. He only replaced it after we explicitly asked. If I hadn't checked and had taken a drink, the result would have been disastrous. To conclude, for a 'lifestyle' hotel, the staff training is insufficient. The lack of basic hospitality and attention to safety makes it hard to recommend. We had high expectations, but the experience here is well below standard compared to other hotels in the Dolomites area.
