Extremely Poor value for money. Staffs are generally nice and seem doing their best with limited resource. However, whoever own or managing this hotel are ripping off customers. It cannot be a four star, let alone be a four start. I've been travelling around the world going many places. This can not be a five start hotel at any regional or international standard. We took three rooms for children. We found rooms have stuffy smell, may be due to poor ventialltion system and poor maintenance. Bedsheets had stains. In one room, bathroom lock was broken. So man came and spent 1 hours but could not fix it. Room service lady doing her best and did well to keep the area clean. No dryer, no iron and not enough items in bathroom What is terrible is their food preparation and hygiene. Although I paid them for full board, my children mainly ate out because the restaurant food was dull and limited. I've seen people buying food from restaurant are offered a good variety. We are left with same food in lunch and dinner. Even the shocking thing is that the meat they served in lunch left for people to eat in the dinner. Dinner was not cooked separately. Soups prepared in the morning seems served through out the day until 12 at night. That said the stuffs in restaurant very pleasant and the morrocan lady specially came to say hello, which is positive. One of the reasons I booked this hotel is to use their pool. But it was so disappointing. Pool water not changed at least for days, so smelly. We never went back to pool again through out our stay. I felt that owners are very greedy and put huge pressure on their staffs, which are a few, to provide services to standard they cannot meet with bare amenities.

Great location near the tram station close to restaurants and coffee shops a good money to value with a satisfying breakfast

I think 3 ⭐️ is more than enough, internet is VERY VERY POORLY ACCESSIBLE ( it reminds me with 1995 DSL service ) I had to go to the coffee shop shop

Hotel propre et le personnel est accueillant, buffet petit déjeuner très varié.

Surtout pas manger dans cette hôtel. Une très mauvaise expérience.

Good hotel

Очень нравится данный отель. Персонал очень компетентный и доброжелательный. Все очень чисто. Завтрак очень разнообразный и вкусный. Имеется тренажерный зал и бассейн с джакузи.

الغرفة واسعة ونظيفة ومتوفر فيها كل اسباب الراحة ونعاون الموضفين كان رائع وكانوا ودودين جدا اضافة الى الفطور الطيب والمتنوع وانصح التاقلم فيه فالسعر يتناسب جدا مع الخدمات المقدمة 🙏شكرا جزيلا فريق عمل فندق New Hotel 🌹وان شاء الله في الايام القادمة سأعود اليه ..
