Hôtel nuuuulll, j’ai vécu une très mauvaise expérience, Suite à notre réservation sur 訂房網站, J’ai envoyé ma femme et ma fille pour y séjourner mais des leur arrivée à la réception demander de payer les taxes 44Dh,sachant qu’ils ont quitté l’hôtel après 30 minutes de Check -in et vous pouvez vérifier ça avec l’hôtel vu la situation catastrophique. Chambre insalubre, remplie d’humidité, douche sans eau chaude sans serviette, sans shampooing sans savonnette. Vraiment une horreur cet hôtel je vous le déconseille fortement. et le plus important l'hôtel n'a rien à voir avec les 4 étoiles c'est même pas une étoile chambre très sale, odeur des couloirs et des chambres donnent de la nausée et le service est amplement nul la réceptionniste impoli et son soit disant responsable qui ne ressemble à rien est encore impoli que tout!!! Les photos n'ont rien à voir avec la réalité honte à vous !!!! Je vous demande de me rembourser pour toutes mes frais

Second time staying at this hotel. Room was better. Service was good. Lift was old and only can carry 3 people. Despite being a 4 star hotel there was no kettle or bottled water.

Ideal for those looking for just a place to sleep, decently clean, easy walk to places or short taxi ride from CB old town and Hassan II Mosque. Zac at reception was friendly and available, nice guy!

L'hôtel bien qu'un peu suranné est confortable, très bien placé, pas cher et le personnel est aux petits soins. Nous avons passé un très agréable séjour.
