首先是前台的女的一臉的不耐煩，態度惡劣，好像是我住店是她在付錢，然後是房間陳舊破爛，設施老舊，被套不乾淨，床單上有毛髮，枕頭有半米高，睡了直接落枕，浴室毛巾衹有一根，還很舊很髒，花撒出水很小，最荒唐的是房間沒有製冷空調，前台女的居然騙我説半小時後就涼快了，整夜房間的溫度都比室外高，房間裡還有蟑螂🪳，真不明白那些好評是怎麼來的，千萬別住這裡，還是要訂貴一點的酒店。

房間24平米，比較寬敞，設施比較老化，環境可以，服務一般，性價比不是很高，在市中心，交通方便，也可徒步。

К сожалению, при заселении сломалась программа и час не могли заселить. Вместо кровати Кинг сайз, две совмещенные. Питание неплохое, хватает.

Were very disappointed when we got there the hotel was under renovation. There were no bath towels,hangars,or toiletries. No phone service at all. Had to go down from the 5th floor each time we needed something. The bathroom sink was clogging.the fridge did not work & had to be replaced,the safe was broken. The front desk did not seem to worry as if it was a matter of fact. Had to pay for water .no glasses in the room. The breakfast was very poor. No selection available. Had to ask for a plate .tables very dirty. Plates arrived wet. Overall poor service do not value their clients. Bernice Peacock

I was supposed to check in at 2 pm, but the hotel told me that my reservation was not in their system. I had to wait until 9 pm to check in, which was very upsetting. I had to drag my luggage around the city of Casablanca, which was very frustrating. My vacation was ruined by the hotel's incompetence. I was unable to sleep and I had to check out at 7:30 am out of anger. The room was not clean, the bathroom shower was extremely dirty and the toilet was not flushing. The staff was unhelpful and rude. I will never stay at this hotel again and I am still fighting for my refund.

Vraiment pas propre surtout la salle de bain l’odeur est irrespirable. Prendre une douche c’est vraiment une guerre qu’on doit mener pour pas rester sale. Ma première chambre était dégoûtante à mourir et heureusement que le lendemain la fille à l’accueil a été compréhensible et ma changé de chambre pour le reste de mes nuits déjà payées. Moins sale mais la salle de bain laissait à désirer comme jamais. Seul point positif la fille à l’accueil qui est compréhensible au problème. Je suppose qu’ils ont pas eu que moi qui s’est plain
