El personal no es muy atento, saludábamos y ellos jamás respondían. El restaurante dijo que nos podía llevar el pedido a la habitación si lo dejábamos pagado, lo hicimos y al ver que no subían dijeron que teníamos que recoger la comida, que ellos no llevan a la habitación

One guy at the front desk was awesome ! When I checked out I asked if everything was good they said yes and closed out my bill As I was getting into my uber they stopped me as they said I didn’t pay for a cup of coffee .. They demanded I check with my bank to prove i paid for a cup of coffee .. I showed them my bank charge and they released me .. Very strange

很差的一家酒店，位置離老城很遠，主要是衞生和設施太差，一樓大廳一進去就是一股腳臭味，房間也巨小無比，服務很一般。

Decent hotel for the price had to change my room cause my shower was spraying everywhere but when I brought it to their attention they switched me no problem

Aunque es básico, cumple con todas las expectativas básicas. Bien ubicado, fácil de movilizarse y cerca al centro histórico y con playa casi privada. Todo el staff, desde porteros. El buffet de desayuno muy bueno y los consintieron haciendo arepas especiales.
