Just wow. This is a 5 star hotel, and might be the best I’ve ever stayed in. The customer service is immaculate, literally as soon as we arrived in the taxi a staff member was there to take our bags and help us to the desk, and breakfast is operated beautifully. Our room was gorgeous and spacious, the rooftop is stunning and a lovely area to relax, and there’s even comfortable outside seating at the front of the hotel so you can watch the world go by. My only feedback would be to have a kettle in the rooms, as it would’ve been nice to have made a hot drink without going to the lobby. Nevertheless the coffee provided is delicious, and the staff are always there to help. Thank you for a magical stay.

Instalaciones nuevas y bonitas, madruga para el desayuno si no quieres esperar mínimo 20 minutos, al igual que la piscina, que no es posible encontrar hamacas disponibles en todo el día. Revisa bien la factura al salir, habían detalles que no debían estar reflejados en ella, lástima que me di cuenta una vez estaba en el taxi, algo así me crea desconfianza si queremos volver en otras ocasiones.

Очень хороший отель по всем параметрам кроме завтра. Качество продуктов на завтраке ниже среднего для Колумбии. Есть с чем сравнить. Вкусные были только фрукты ананас и папая. Остальная еда была не вкусная. Даже соки были разбавленные с водой. Персонал очень любезный. Они повысили уровень нашей комнаты и пркдоставтли 2 кровати. Я очень вам благодарен. В следующий раз вернусь именно сюда.

We stayed 3 nights at this very comfortable hotel. We even wanted to extend one night and they were fully booked, which shows how popular they are. The decor from reception to lobby to room was a delight with full use of natural materials, giving a zen feel. The breakfast was buffet, but chouce of hot dished was limited. Also, we wanted to go for a swim at sunset, but the pool at this time was used as one big cocktail bar, literally dozens lounging in the,water, so that was disappointing.

Perfect location. Quite a small room, but very clean. Reception staff very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK, but staff in the dining room, rather slow.

Just wow. This is a 5 star hotel, and might be the best I’ve ever stayed in.
