This place, this place, this place. Very deceiving. First off when you pull up you would think you are about to walk into a 5 star amazing hotel. The front and lobby is beautiful. By the time I reached the elevator I knew it was gonna be bad. The smell was horrendous. It reeks of mold in this place. Oh and the room it looked like nobody has stayed there for some time. Everything was unplugged, it was HOT and WET and the sheets were filthy. My husband went downstairs to get clean sheets only for those to be dirty too. My city view was the back parking lot. The sink was broke and the shower pressure was almost non existent. We slept fully clothed and checked out 1st thing in the morning. Horrible experience. Beware this place is full of MOLD. You can even see it from the top of the roof

Even though our room had issues, I've never stayed at a hotel that was quicker to send maintenance to fix the issue. Only 1 block from the beach and easy to walk to town for food, etc. Very nice for the price!

All nice and clean, good location and the staff is attentive and with great support! Will recommend! Pool and hot pool are super clean! Will stay again in the near future!

Upon entering the facility it looked nice. We immediately went to the pool & jacuzzi which were both filled with bugs and scum. We got to our room and the bathroom was super small with nowhere to place soap or toiletries in the shower. We then discovered the mold on the ceiling and vent. There was a leak in our room causing a large puddle in a corner of the room. We left at 4am because we could no longer stand the smell of the sheets. When brought to the managers attention, he didn't seem to care and did nothing for us. I will never stay here again and do not reccommend it.

Convenient location to the airport. We were unfamiliar with the area and we were arriving late at night. Walkable to eats late at night and lively music to get our vacation started. Room was good, pretty lobby but there was a unfavorable smell that was a big turnoff the minute you walked in the door. Overall not a bad experience except for the smell which is reflected under cleanliness in our rating.

My room was not cleaned on a daily basis. I had to call Housekeeping for clean towels and toilet paper. Rooms close to pool are Very Noisy, due to ongoing music from pool speakers that start around 7:30 am and end at 10:30 pm. Not good if you're looking for an early night sleep.
