Had an amazing stay at Asuneus Farm. The host and staff were super friendly, and the unit was very cozy. Breakfast and laundry is also offered at a fee. The location was good, as it is a central location, in the middle of Bohol, which makes accessing the further parts of the island like Anda, Candijay and Alicia easier. That being said, a motorbike or your own transport is absolutely essential. The town of Carmen also has quite a lot of food options, but most of them close at around 8pm. The only 24 hour option is the in or out cafe.

The place is really good if you want to detox and de-stress, don’t expect a good signal because it’s somewhere remote.. the owners are accommodating and the place was pretty nice. I only stayed one night, wish I had booked at least 2
