I feel less dogs would be nice. As well as a microwave in the room would be helpful along with a coffee ☕️ pot, and iron to say the least. Other then that KIKI the manager is easy to talk to, she listens and provides excellent service. Thank you Kiki, & Zack Patrivua McIntosh

Very nice place. They had free coffee in the morning in the checkin area. Nice pool for amenities. Great location close to everything you need in Carlsbad.

I’ve been a customer here on and off for almost two years due to their 21-day stay policy, which requires guests to exit for one day and then return. Over time, the cleanliness has significantly declined. Rooms often have strong unpleasant odors, bathrooms are unsanitary, and there are frequent issues with insects, including cockroaches. Bedding smells unclean and caused me skin allergies. Despite being fully paid for extended stays, housekeeping repeatedly disturbed us, and communication was very difficult because some housekeeping staff could not speak or understand basic English. Staff—especially supervision—were consistently rude and unprofessional.
