避雷！太恐怖了，人生至暗時刻！酒店在城市市中心酒吧街邊，下面就是 pub！酒吧音樂響至凌晨四點！整個房子都在震！房間設施老舊衞生間頂上一個大洞不知道是否是有老鼠或者有偷窺！帶著孩子晚上十點到的酒店衹有一個前台在也無法換房間或者申請協調，酒店房間擔驚受怕一晚上未眠第二天匆匆離開！申請和酒店理賠酒店竟然讓我親自去和他們協調！或者發郵件處理！讓已經逃出去根本不想回來的人，英語不好寫不來郵件的，出門在外的人十分心寒！希望訂房網站繼續幫我跟進！

酒店比較老，但是位置很方便，就在火車站對面，早餐也比較豐富，前台服務不錯。樓下有個炸魚薯條店，很好吃！

Always stay here when in Carlisle. Room was very spacious clean & tidy with everything you’d need provided (toiletries beverages etc) Breakfast was very nice with good range of cereals yogurt & juices & a buffet style cooked option.

Honestly this was the worst hotel we ever stay. Toilet was so dirty. Seems like they haven’t cleaned properly. Especially sink and floor. Bit smelly. Towels were not so clean. I’ll not recommend this hotel.

Room was fine but sadly due to the selfish people in the room above me,I didn't get any sleep due to all the noise that carried on right through the early oʻhours of the morning. Staff didn't seem bothered BUT ,Trip were absolutely amazing when I complained to them about the situation. However my room was really nice and clean and the location was great as well as it was a 2 minute walk from the train station

Delayed check ins on no staffing , ancient worn out rooms on the plus side when staff did arrive they were friendly and helpful.

Was assigned a room that supposed to be out of service, during the night a section of plaster feel off the wall, during the day whilst out of the room, staff let themselves into my room where they carried out some repairs and decided to leave all the mess for to enjoy on my return

第一次到達為度這麼高的地方 一下火車覺得感受截然不同 不知道住在這的人都是什麼樣的心情 而且連路上大媽都穿著十粒普拿疼的團T 旅館從車站一出來就能看到非常方便 也不用趕火車 缺點是稍微老舊 但電梯很復古很新奇 熱水很充足

Hotel very close to the train station. Very quiet rooms and comfy bed Old but nostalgic and clean (although i found a woman hair in my shower towel) The only spooky thing was the TV randomly turned on during the night 😂
